I bought a Rapsodo earlier this year and it’s been a great addition to my practice. The app is pretty good, there’s some workflow improvements that could be made to increase the usability and efficiency but the team seem pretty responsive and open to feedback. I look forward to seeing the app continue to improve and bring more value to my practice sessions.

Has stopped working. Refuses Refunds.

The app worked ok for a few months, but then I started having issues with weather conditions effecting it (I live in Britain so i’d hardly call them extreme conditions!). Then it started not registering hits due to lag, my phone works fine with every other app I use and this was not an issue prior. The updates seem to add bugs. Now it won’t even load up. Have re-installed multiple times. I don’t even bother taking it out of the gear bag now as I know it’ll give me hassle. Company seems to refuse refunds for a product that borderline functions at the best of times and now is completely defunct.

Known issues unsupported doesn’t work

There are known issues in the current firmware version that stops the device detecting shots with no current timeline for a fix. In the odd occasion that it does detect a shot it seems to work well. Once it stops detecting it shots you may as well put it back in the box I wasted hours at the driving range moving it backwards and forwards with no affect Support have confirmed the known issue but as they are concentrating on the mlm2 the MLM is low priority.Absolute waste of money as it simply doesn’t work Oh and to top it off I signed up to the annual subscription so that I could use coach connect which I find out via a support request has been discontinued despite it still featuring as a benefit of the premium subscription within the faq in the app. The support team are rude and unhelpful save your money and buy a garmin for the extra money - hopefully I can get a refund !!!!

Very well designed app that gives you a mountain of data at both an individual shot and aggregate session / club level. Known glitch with iOS14 and iPhone12 whereby initial shot replay shows shot tracker no issue but replay after the session shows all shots flying off to the right. Support super responsive on diagnosis and hopeful for imminent app update to resolve.
