I use this app to track blood test results for both my wife and I. It takes around 30 mins or so to process the other pdfs and the final results only have a handful of mistakes. The statistical comparisons and information on each marker are a nice bonus.Ideas for improvement - 1. Being able to share subscription Apple family but without sharing data as well.2. 100% accuracy for parsing blood test results 3. Identify correlations/insights from uploaded data. Also take into account any existing symptoms that may be related to biomarkers.

Disappointing and Money-Driven

I had a terrible experience with Ornament due to their greedy subscription policy and unwillingness to resolve issues fairly. After being charged £63 for an automatic renewal I didn’t intend to continue, their support team was prompt with semi-automated responses about their policies and refused a full refund. Eventually, they offered a 50% refund—which ironically matched their current Black Friday discount.What’s particularly frustrating is that my original subscription was at a promotional price of £20. The drastic jump to £63 for renewal feels unreasonable, especially given the app’s below-average benefits. The membership offers more of a gimmick than genuine medical advice. It might be a fun tool for £20, but it’s absolutely not worth the inflated renewal price.It’s also worth noting that this issue arose because I subscribed through their website. If I had subscribed via the App Store, a full refund would have been processed without question. This inconsistency makes their business model seem exploitative.I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone seeking useful insights or fair treatment as a paying customer.

I signed up to ornament recently as it seemed really good at first glance. I should’ve looked through more reviews before I made a purchase. It’s a complete waste of time and just a cash grab. I noticed this within 5 minutes of downloading the app and paying for a subscription. Cancelling a subscription is an absolute nightmare and the way they go about it is ridiculous and unacceptable! After hours of waiting, I received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled and I would not get charged again, however I then got charged almost £60 and have been trying to get a hold of the team to get a refund but they are being useless. It’s completely unacceptable! Do not waste your time on this app and do not give them any money!

No refund even though I have cancer

So disappointed- a health app that won’t support its users with Cancer. My subscription renewed (I forgot to cancel it as I have only been diagnosed in the last 4 weeks so not at the top of my priority list) they refused to refund me even though I explained I only will get SSP and I’m due to go in for surgery next week and will be off work for a while. I would look for an app that has the health of it’s users at the forefront and not just interested in taking their money.
