I have been using this app for 6 months and highly recommend it. It is very enjoyable to use without being addictive. It has definitely helped my cognitive abilities in the multiple areas that it focuses on. This is benefiting my daily life and also my work. I believe that it is helping to slow down the effects of aging. My memory has definitely improved, for example, as has my ability to manage projects and multi task. I am more efficient at carrying out tasks (eg accounting and book keeping). I believe that learning new skills is a great way to keep the brain healthy as we get older so have also been working on my mental maths and memory skills in particular. I enjoy seeing how my abilities compare to other people in my age range and working to improve my ranking. I have recently bought a version of the app for my 93 year old father and do a session with him every time I visit. I don’t understand why people object to paying for apps and expect to get all these benefits for free. I use it every day, appreciate the work that goes into developing such apps, look forward to receiving updates so it seems fair to pay for these services. I think it is excellent value for what I am getting from it. After 6 months of use my scores are plateauing but I think that there are still enough areas that I need to improve on to keep me using this app in the months ahead.

This app is incredible. I’ve noticed my attention span has been really bad lately and my mind isn’t so sharp after all these months in quarantine, scrolling endlessly on social media. This app has helped me so much. I’m a competitive person, and I am highly motivated by my achievement statistics. I like seeing how I compare to other people my age - and to myself - and improving my scores every day. This app has a brilliant reward system that means you can unlock the pro version for free. It’s difficult, but definitely worth it. Essentially, by recommending the game to friends and having them download it, you get free tokens, which can be used to purchase the pro version. This works really well, and makes it accessible to people who can’t afford to pay for it. Every care has been taken to make this app as well thought out as possible, and the result is a highly entertaining app that actually yields results.It’s also very easy to track your progress, even in the free version. You get daily insights and can see exactly where you are improving, and what needs extra attention. The games are fun and you can definitely notice changes in your psychological processes as they happen. I haven’t been using the app for long but already certain skills are improving. I’m better at skimming and scanning, better at quick mental maths, can process information better, my attention span is better. I can‘t wait to see where this takes me. It’s a godsend. I highly recommend it for using during study breaks - it’s fun but also productive, and enhances your study skills too. It’s truly invaluable and I’m so happy I found it.

I don’t usually buy games after a trial period because I’m so picky and don’t like to spend money on things I won’t use. (I also don’t often leave reviews!) I play this every single day and now it’s just part of my daily routine. It helps me gently wake up and get my brain doing stretches instead of that awful morning anxiety! There is a good variety and they are all simple but still challenging. I like the fact it offers you one alternative game for each of the 5 you do as part of your daily workout. After that you can play any game as much as you want. Sudoku blocks is quite addictive but relaxing! I love that there are very specific grammar related games eg. removing the extra word. It’s also a great vocab builder. It can really help you improve confidence with maths as it has with me! I’ve tried a few brain training games and this is the only one that has stuck!
