The only reason I don’t give this brilliant little game a 5* review is the camerawork. Constantly zooming in and out or sliding about. Every little reward is accompanied by flashing and zooming visuals, too much fanfare thanks, especially for the paltry grind rewards. Over the top and down the other side. On the battlefield you get thrown about visually up, down, left, right, zoom in out, flashing explosions. The first few days I played it, my eyes started to twitch so badly, it took a while to realise what it was. There is an ‘off’ button for ‘camera shake’, it doesn’t help much. I’d like an off button altogether for zooming and whizzing from left to right, up and down and be able to see a steady battlefield at least. But clearly this is an artistic choice, to constantly change the pov, instead of watching movement it moves the camera. Makes for more excitement, I guess. But it is quite damaging to the eyes actually, I feel dizzy and nauseous sometimes too, is it just me? Sadly, I’m just going to have to stop playing it, unless that zoom OFF option is implemented, then I’ll be back with two more stars, because this is a funny, well thought out and very addictive game and I’d love to get back to it, but the eyes say NO.Edit. Thanks for your response, a good example is shrine rewards, ‘claim all’ could be one page instead of tapping through 9. All the ‘dailies’ could be a chance to rest the eyes. I play on iPad so everything is amplified. A steady screen button would be great (and also a rotate screen because the charging point is at the bottom and this means you cannot charge and play at the same time.)
