Search for stations from around the world as easily as from your own library. Showcase gorgeous station and track artwork (for supported stations) with the all-new Now Playing screen. Use Shazam (Beta) to power the Now Playing screen with artwork and metadata for stations that do not provide it, or simply to provide an ambient Now Playing experience for music playing nearby. Show the currently playing artwork and metadata on external displays if you want an all-screen experience. Just what I was looking for

With the current lockdown I've been listening to a lot more music working from home, and not owning an actual radio I wanted to find a nicely designed Mac app that could handle Internet radio streaming, and this is just the ticket.It has a lot of built in stations, but you can also define your own if you have a streaming link (m3u), and customise the name and logo. Best of all your stations sync via iCloud to iPhone.I'd love the ability to run it from the Mac menu bar, but otherwise it's a really solid little app.

Needs a little improvement to make it a 5* app [Updated for v2.0]

An Offer You Can't Reviews
This app has a nice simple interface and syncs your stations list beautifully across all of your iCloud connected devices. My main bugbear is that the directory search feature doesn't search the entirety of the radio station database, it first requires you to know what country a station is broadcast from, and that country needs to be selected before you can search for the station you are after, by name. An example of this is typing 'Ibiza global radio' into the directory search, only for it to return no results. Obviously, I know Ibiza is in Spain so this was pretty simple to remedy by selcting Spain and then searching for the station name. However, I have many more stations I like to listen to from all over the world and whilst I know the station names, I do not necessarily know all of their locations. As it stands, I keep having to go and find those station stream URL's on the net and add them manually. So the directory search feature is pretty useless without knowing which country a given station broadcasts from.As of version 2.0, the developer has introduced in-app Airplay functionality in addition to some 'nice to have' features, such as the sleep timer. I've updated my score to 4* (from 3*) to refelect these useful additions and applaud Steven for listening to feedback and adding useful, user requested features.All in all, this is a great little app. I feel the dev has been generous with allowing us to change the default stations and replace them with our own, for free, this is a really nice touch. It just needs the global directory search function improved to make it really shine and get that 5th star...(and perhaps an optional menu bar icon for quick access to our stations without having to go to the app?) 😉

With iOS shortcuts and some 'osascript' over SSH commands I can change the station from my phone, query the currently playing station or the list of stations avaiable.A nitpick is that when adding stations manually, the picture logo can only be chosen from the Photos app. Normally I just download the logo to desktop, no need to import it in the Photos app.
