Worked great at first, now it doesn't work at all

I used the free version for a while. It worked well. Then I subscribed and was happy with the results. But now, the number of countries I have to choose from have dramatically be reduced with bad network strength rating and can't connect to any of them. Is this a probelm that China's Great firewall is creating? This serrvice is no longer useful for me and I have paid for a year subscription, and it only work for the first two weeks. Pleas clarify in your discription if your service doesn't work in China -as this can cause tention in potential customers who will pay for your service and get no functionality.

Free version doesn't appear to work

After reading such great reviews I decided to try the free version. I have opened up the software a couple of times. I have no idea how to use it and I can't find any instructions. I don't think the free version is working as my location is the same whether the software is open on my laptop or closed. The location is rather close to home. I only know my location and IP address as my antivirus software Avast tells me. This App Store page says we can contact the developers, but I can't find how to do this.

I have used the free version on my iphone and was happy with the servicesHowever, on my mac the interface does not seem to allow me to choose the country I need specifically.I have unfortunately made the payment for the yearly subscription while the service, as it transpires, is entirely useless and I had to use services of yet another VPNPlease would you be able to cancel my subscription
