Forces you to subscribe and crushes, almost killed my plants

I’m not a die-hard gardener or plant enthusiast but I have few plants at home and just need an app to remind me when to water. Not a big deal since I can use a simple reminder app to do the same. However lately the app is asking me to subscribe and wouldn’t give me option to forfeit. One day it crushed and didn’t open. Didn’t think it would delete all my journals, now after 7 days I realised the app is not reminding me to water my plants only to realise all the reminders are deleted too. Very disappointed as I almost killed my plants

Rubbish and money stealing

!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!! This app is totally rubbish! I tried it for 2hrs and it just didn’t do anything so made sure to cancel the ‘free’ trial which was next to impossible to do, as it NEVER showed up on my apply account, I removed the app from phone and then 4 days later they have taken £10 from my bank account for a subscription I never even asked for, no email to say free trial was ending or anything and even if you do get an email how can you cancel something that never shows up on your account anyway! I have now contacted them 4 times for a refund and not even had one single reply, and before I get told check spam I have every day and nothing! This app needs removing to stop others having the same problem. The customer service is a joke the app is a joke and now I’m having to change all my details so they don’t keep taking money from me! !!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!!

Have taken money after free trial

I downloaded the app and then cancelled the free trial the same day as it was almost identical to another app I have. Since then I have had two payments taken that I have not authorised. I contacted my credit card but before they have dealt with it another payment has been taken. Don’t bother downloading this unless you are happy having a load of hassle trying yo get your money back!You will see the response below - please be aware I cancelled the subscription the same day that I downloaded it so I was well within the timeframe and yet they have still taken two payments. The amount they have taken does not even correlate to any of the costs quoted. The response below is therefore inaccurate.

Free trial cancellation

Very confusing cancellation process. Wasn’t sure if I managed to cancel, When viewing my subscriptions, this app still showing as a active but no option to cancel. According to website‘s terms & conditions it means I already cancel subscription. I haven’t received any email confirmation. I emailed customer service to confirm the cancellation of 2 order ids ( why two if I agreed to purchase one app only) and received email instruction how to cancel the subscription-copy/paste style and still no answer about my order ids. It makes me feel really uncomfortable and makes me question company’s good intentions after making this so difficult when it should be quick, easy and straightforward.

If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over.
