I much prefer the format for this one much more than other dating apps. I like the fact you can message anyone and anyone can message you and you do have options to filter messages if you want to rather than the usual swipe left or right then only get to message if you match then not getting to even see all your matches or reply and the other people just think you’re rude and not replying when it’s the apps usually at fault for trying to get money out of you before you can message.

I see this message so I upgraded my picture every time I enter the app and they don’t. It’s not working. It’s not working. It said just show screen. We are verification your like picture or something like that. Keep going every time every time every time it’s not worth it I don’t know what is the problem. And nothing to happen and after that when I exit try again, you have 200 again in the picture. I don’t understand why they ask that they don’t have any other way to verify this the pictvmessage been shown I never use the app. I just downloaded the app create that account Phill everything give me more information and what nitro I tried to enter the app. Time and Every Time Every Time I don’t know and I want to delete that account. I want you to delete remove my information. I don’t have access because they’re gonna need the picture and the verification. I’ve only been with this app for over a good two weeks now and where there weren’t any problems at the start- direct messages working great and I even paid towards certain features - Now, as I hadn’t been using the app for a couple of days, I’m assuming my inactivity had pushed me out of being verified? I loaded a photo but that was a couple of days ago now. I’m STILL unable to use the app. My concern is that I’ll continue to get billed for this despite not even being able to use it. I’m disappointed because there are several people on there that I’ve connected with and have messages waiting, yet I can’t reach any of them.I understand safety is paramount and that the app has to recognise when someone using it isn’t genuine but unfortunately, you have someone who IS genuine that has been pushed out of the community. Please, help a gal out. Thanks
Tech Support Disgraceful - Avoid paying for membership

Initially created an account, which I soon realised I created incorrectly. Once I realised I created this account incorrectly I went to delete this account, so I clicked on the “deactivate my account” and verified the deactivation process. I then proceeded to make a a corrected account after I successfully deactivated my first account. Upon making my account correctly, I purchased membership for one month. 30 minutes later my account has been banned, I haven’t broken any guidelines and the only possibility it could be is that I have two accounts because when I deactivated my first account, it didn’t register. I hadn’t spoken to anyone on the app so there is no possibility it’s anything other then a duplicate account. I reached out to support a week ago. STILL HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING. I’m paying for a membership that I can’t even use due to their app not even removing data from deactivated accounts immediately after this is requested.
