Good game but ranked matches broken

This is a good game but certain things are broken. In ranked matches, once you get to a certain rank e.g. 5000 🏆 it then becomes near impossible to go further. This is because if you win 8 matches in a row against lower rank opponents you win 5 points per match and then as soon as you lose 1 game against a lower rank opponent you lose 60 points and so you end up going back to square one, and this has been happening for the last couple months. I am still in same position. Secondly, I’ve purchased lots of crates in the hope of unlocking new characters but the chance is so low that my real money spent has been worthless. I’ve waited an incredibly long amount of time and played a lot of matches and still no new characters are unlocked. There doesn’t seem to be any realistic way of doing this, as a regular player. Also, the game puts you against players who have much higher levelled up characters with more hp and damage output, even if they are lower rank, and this makes it even harder to win and increase ranking. Due to these reasons, I will probably stop playing the game as I cannot progress in terms of either new characters or increasing ranking and unlocking new characters or even just cosmetic rewards.

This game is one of my top favorite mobile games since sf2, brings back nostalgia, although the game is great skills matter even if your opponent is stronger by stats, it’s not too hard to win, mixing up combos and being unpredictable, the main issue is with campers and spammers, spammers is easy to react to and counter but campers are very annoying, not moving and attacking when approaching making it near impossible to attack as even rolling or sidestep makes you vulnerable for them to attack, also the levelling up is very very long, I’ve been level 8 for months, sometimes making me quit as I’m receiving no characters nor could level up my characters as I receive near to nothing in each reward boxes, I wish it could’ve been a bit more faster paced like the previous games, other than that, amazing game, was never disappointed with the series and thank you for creating such a good game!!!

There are so many issues that need fixing

The game has all the features to be a good game: a wide range of different characters, various abilities and fun game modes. I played this game around 4 years ago in 2021 and there used to be so many issues back then I just completely stop playing, although I started playing again around 7 months ago and there are still just so many bugs with the game it makes it almost impossible to play sometimes. I kept experiencing one issue where whenever I was about to win a game and the application just decided to close down and whenever you contacted customer support they give you the same unrelated fix for every issue that did nothing; this one issue alone lead me to lose almost 200 trophies in a single day, I tried to ask for compensation from customer support and they just completely ignore me. Another issue was with the connectivity, it doesn’t matter if you have crystal clean internet connection as long as your opponent has bad connection you would also somehow be lagging which also caused me to lose so many games. And one other main issue is with the matchmaking system, I never invested any many into the game so I didn’t have extremely high level account (level 8) or characters but however I just kept matching players that were almost 4-5 levels higher than me (level 12-13) so even if I was a better player than them they could basically defeat me in 4 hits which also lead me to lose so many trophies. This isn’t even all the issues but at the end I didn’t get no help from customer support as well as no proof of the developers trying to fix these issues so I just decided to delete the game.

Sarge and Marcus mains are the meta, after you reach 2500 ranked points you’re gonna see a lot of heavy attack spam and super armour spam. The game also decides you to put you with players with higher account levels than you, (account levels how does that have anything to do with skill) I know what you thinking, but each time your account levels up you get 10% stats for all hero’s so if you are account level 6 and there 7 or 8 they can be 10% 20% stronger than you. You know what that means? you got to try 2x harder to defeat them in ranked. At first it’s easy but soon you will see the Marcus mains who spam his heavy attack which gives him super armour and a lot of range to hit you with little to no cool down, Then we have Sarge aka spammers favourite you will see these players bait you with his attacks which super armour and then corner you by the wall (why don’t you grab him) the grabs work 90% of the time and sometimes attempting a grab will for some reason cancel your blocking which makes you unable to move kicking is basically useless unless you want to cancel your block and get smacked up more in the corner of the screen. This game needs a couple nerfs for some characters wouldn’t say it’s a good game though.

Often, the rating indicators may differ from each other when selecting an opponent: players with a high level can often lose and fall on the same level of rating as you. Try to learn new combinations through the Training Mode. Also, you can push the opponent away - perform a blow from the prone position. And to avoid being trapped in a corner-use the block.
