I ordered the free trial and now it won’t give me what I paid for

I have just purchased free trial, it won’t acknowledge it and won’t do anything and yet took the money from my account and no amount of restoring purchase works, I’m so glad that I didn’t pay for year because I would be super super unhappy even more unhappy, I have contacted customer service and got nothing back, please help because I need to use this ASAP which is why I purchased it !!! Why does it not let you put in the email address you signed up for and why does it keep saying that If I move off the page and click back I will lose the number ???? I already paid for it and it has told me that I have and yet I can’t log on, when you log onto the app it only comes up with google login and I used yahoo email to buy it with my apple subscription so why can’t I just log in and use it 😫😤 I am deeply unhappy and disappointed with this, please sort this out and refund me ASAP so I can go somewhere else if you can’t fix it please, at this rate 1* is too much to put as rating but it doesn’t let you put none in order to post something on here, if you can please contact me and fix it I will be happy to change the review but right now I am stuck really needing this number and can’t use it and I don’t understand why !!!! I had bought the one month trial whilst reading that I would get a 3 day free trial. It’s not something I’d make up because I never fall for deceitful behaviour. And with every free trial you get, you still have to add your card details or as I usually do it, use Apple Pay. So when I was going to pay I didn’t think anything of it until my account had been charged. I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted Apple but they won’t refund me. To add the phone number didn’t even work given my subscription still ends in a month despite me cancelling. So what is the point of this service. Waste of time and money don’t get it. Apple won’t give me a refund!!!

Payed for the free trial and forgot to cancel it but didn’t know how to so I deleted my account only for me to find a nice surprise that they had taken money from my account anyways after my free trial was over. Can’t blame them but it would be nice for the cancellation option to be easier to find. Anyways about 5 mins after the transaction had been made, some bum tried to take another £100 out of my account and after my card locked itself, they still had the audacity to keep trying to take money. How dare you steal my bank details and mask it as an apple bill.
