3-trial is a scam

I wanted to try Notta and put in my credit card details that were required for a 3-day trial. I have been charged almost 100 dollars for a whole year because the company says I haven’t signed up for the trial. 1) I definitely have, I would never subscribe to anything without trying it, not even for a month, let alone a year. 2) I’m not happy with the product as the transcript in Polish is very poor quality and unusable. Therefore I wanted to cancel the subscription and did so within 8h but the company says I subscribed in some different place of the website that doesn’t qualify for the free trial. First of all, why is the trial not offered to everybody? My guest is because they know their product is poor and are getting customers by tricking them into unwanted subscription. Not recommended at all. Save your money.
Works even on noisy recordings

I was strapped for time to transcribe some interviews I did for a uni research paper, and I was honestly skeptical that this app would work as the recordings weren’t the best quality and there was a lot of background noise. The transcription isn’t 100% perfect (they never are), but it’s as good as I could have hoped for given my situation! Really pleasantly surprised - thanks for helping a stressed out student :)

I wish you’d automatically label speaker 1,2,3 etc rather than the user having to do it. Other than that great app and I’ve paid for the year

- Smart pause for phone calls and alarms: When you receive a phone call or an alarm goes off while recording, Notta will automatically pause your recording and seamlessly resume it once the interruption ends.
