Hi there, I unintentionally purchased this app and its subscription, now I want to cancel its subscription but there isn’t any option to cancel. Moreover, as I said this wasn’t my intention to subscribe it so I kindly request the Apple and its developer to refund me.Thanks

Hi I purchased a years subscription here by mistake, but when I go to the app it dosent acknowledge my sub or let me cancel, it only shows a new subscription page.Could you please process a refund for me? I can’t reply to the previous message I left on the review section here and your contact email address gives me an unregistered domain bounce back email. Hi I don’t even understand what the app does apart from find duplicate pictures your phone can already do ? I have tried online through apple and the app to cancel and refund but it’s not acknowledging my cancellation. Please can I get a full refund asap please as you have responded to others please and happy to give some advise to help develop better thanksStill no update or refund to my original query ? Received message saying can refund on app but no option please help and process refund asap !? As promised !!!

We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is impossible to get charged before or inside the free trial period. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Really bad app falsely advertising a 3 day trial and they charge you for the year That app dose not do what you expect it to do I can’t see why any one would want an ap just to look at your pic that you could do your self I want to find some of the pic that are in my cloud it a lot better to just download iCloud on your pc i try to find a way to get it refund I cancelled it with on Half an hour thought I would enjoy get charged but I did what a rip of
