Like don’t get me wrong you can still talk to people and everything but if people are spending diamonds to add someone and they can never see who’s added them what’s the point in the diamonds because there is quite a lot of people added me but I can never see because you have to get wink plus. I understand the app had to make money but the way before was better like if I ran out of diamonds I would buy some or buy wink plus because before they were other great features. Also I miss the open chat thing that was there before it helped saved diamonds and could talk to them live and didn’t have to wait I also don’t like the fact you can’t go back anymore without buying wink plus. I used to go on wink alll the time but now only when I’m bored and I don’t go on for very long but there is nothing really to do except for chat to your friends on their that I had before the update because you can’t add new people anymore so overall the new update has no use of I wanted to change one thing it would be to see you expired adding because then there would be a point in the diamonds and the second would then be the chat one thanks for hearing me out of the creators see this🤍

So prior to the new update you would get your gems and go through and like the profiles you like the look of. I can overlook needing wink+ to go back as you guys do need to make a profit which is also why I was fine with the advert every 3 swipes. However following the latest update you now need wink plus to see who has requested to talk to you, this feature renders the app almost unusable for those who don’t have wink+. The previous system of having 24 or 48 hours to accept there request was a much better system as it allows for you to actually talk to people (the point of the app) and it also encourages you to go on on a regular basses which would intern mean that you make more from add revenue. If profit margins are incredibly small I would suggest you have a 30 second add when you come onto the app once a day and keep the adds as you swipe through. Add a wink+ package that only removes adds and the most important part is to go back to the system for accepting requests you had before. Basically if you want to make money you want more people to use this app. This new feature will put new users off the app and very possibly users who have been on it for a while. There is one good thing in the new update though and that is that you have to be verified to be able to chat, this should get rid of a lot of the bots (of which there were a lot). However as I am swiping through I’m not seeing any more verified people, it would be nice to know a bit more about how the verification process works, is it ai do they look at your account ect, and for this information to show when you are doing the proses.

The game is good at times but it’s a pain that you need to pay extra to undo a swipe and that the dislike and like buttons got removed which makes things more difficult for me as before the line and dislike were easier to see as because of the two different colours and it’s simple (because I have visual impaired and I find things hard to see) and with this new update, I’m still not used to it and there’s no buttons and you can only rely on a message which doesn’t always work and it’s just not good to use in general, the majority of the people on the app does agree with me. The friends requests does confuses me too because when someone wants to talk to you, and you go in the section with the face down at the bottom but when I go there, it’s either not there or I didn’t even accept it and it moves to chat. Please bring back the old like and dislike buttons, it was a lot more easier.
