When you pick a number it doesn’t mean that you can really fully use it. The incoming calls do not come through. Calling out from your esim number is a random probability, and it increases if you call from inside the app. Calling when using the regular phone function seems to be impossible. The account that you have in this app is split into two independent parts - one for the phone number and the other for mobile data. If one (like me) cannot succeed in paying from a plastic card for the mobile data plan but can pay through Apple for the phone number, he would not have the ability to have access to mobile data which is very irritating. Last but not least. The support team is reacting with some delay but their responses turn out quite useless. Thus, not really helpful. Hope to see this service improve to be able to write a more positive review

Works for me, made multiple calls and received texts. I’m using for a while now and never had a problem. I’m not sure how others are encountering issues, hopefully they’ll find the way to use it. In my experience bad internet connection is often culprit but it will seem as the app is having problems due to that. Try with different internet, see if that helps.

Service unreliable and disappointing customer support

I purchased an inbound number for essential connectivity. A few days after purchasing the number, it stopped working - inbound calls just failed to connect. When I followed up with customer support, I was advised it would take over a week for the issue to be resolved! After a week I followed up again as the service was still not working. I could not get any real answers from customer support, just copy & paste responses.For a paid service, I expect better. I have closed my account and found an alternative service
