Organize your tabletop miniature collection and track your painting progress.
Figure Case is the tool for your miniature hobby like Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar or any other tabletop miniature games.
1. Enter all your miniatures.
2. Organize your minis into collections.
3. Track your assembly and painting progress.
4. See the status of your collection.
5. Sync your collection between your iPhone and iPad with iCloud.
For all types of tabletop minis, not just Warhammer 40k or Age of Sigmar. If you collect, assemble and paint something, this is for you.
Organize your miniatures into collections (e.g. by factions or game systems). Track your assembly and painting progress (Unassembled ▸ Assembled ▸ Primed ▸ Painted ▸ Based). As result you get an overview of your miniature collection, to decide on your next painting project and know how many miniatures you have ready for your games. You can also add miniatures to your wishlist.
For even more overview you can group your collections and models. Just select a group from the edit screen or open the Group Manager to quickly organize all items. Groups can be collapsed to shorten your lists for better overview, it will show a summary of your progress.
Enter notes for your collections or miniatures, e.g. to keep track of your painting scheme.
With Figure Case you can:
- Enter all your miniatures, no matter which brand.
- See the total amount of miniatures you own and effort you put into them.
- You can set an effort modifier for bigger or more detailed Models.
- Follow your progress from Unassembled ▸ Assembled ▸ Primed ▸ Painted ▸ Based.
- Configure your workflow: Wishlist, Unassembled, Assembled, Base Prepared, Primed, In Progress, Painted, Based, Finished.
- Organize your miniatures in collections and groups.
- Drag and drop to reorder your items.
- Add notes to your collections and models (e.g. to remember your painting scheme).
- Get a status overview of your complete hobby collection.
- Keep your data in sync between your iPhone and iPad using your iCloud account.
The app is independent of any vendor, no matter if your miniatures are from Games Workshop, Privateer Press, Fantasy Flight Games, Mantic Games, Wyrd Games, Steamforged, Corvus Belli, Battlefront Miniatures, Catalyst Game Labs or any other producer of miniatures.

more I love this app. I’ve been using it for a while to track my WH collection and it’s saved me money on quite a few occasions, as I like to buy the bigger discount boxes and this stops me from buying duplicates (painter not a gamer). It’s really easy to use and keeps things organised. There are a few things I’d like to see in updates. 1, add a search functionality. I wanna see what dreadnoughts I have assigned to armies for example. 2, id like to be able to track how the minis were bought and their cost. For example, adding information as to what boxes I got them in and the breakdown of the cost per model etc.

Getting this app has really improved my hobby! Where as before I was tracking my collections/ To Do lists on various spreadsheets on my computer, I can now just open this app up and it’s all there.Excellent UI with an intuitive design means that you can jump in and set up your collection quickly, then track your progress. - Not every miniature is the same. You can now set an Effort Factor for each Model to define how much time or effort you expect to spend on it.
- The summary shows the Total Effort of your collection as well as Effort per workflow step.

- You can see the Models effort in it's detail page.

The last update caused an issue for some users where their data no longer got stored. I am still investigating the issue and am very sorry for the inconvenience.
With this update you now get a button to reset your iCloud state and continue without any issues.
Please check your workflow configuration afterwards.
Please test if you are affected:
1. Move some values in the workflow.
2. Close the app (by swiping up from app switcher) and open it again.
If your changes are still there, you are fine. Otherwise please open the settings (top left corner) and go to iCloud Status to find the button to delete local data.
I am very sorry for the hassle and effort!

Improvements:
- Fixed re-ordering collections outside of groups. Your sorting might be mixed up now, but you should be able to put everything in the correct place now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Fixed updating the UI on sync via iCloud. Some changes have not been visible until the app was restarted. It still might take a while, but should show all changes from a different device after some time.
- Group expand/collapse indicators are now updated when all groups get expanded/collapsed via more menu.

- Duplicate Collections, Groups and Models. Either with content or empty. Just tap on an item and hold it until the context menu appears or tap the more button on the top right.
- Replaced the old style options on more button with a proper menu.
Improvements:
- Improved visibility of status move buttons.
- Adjusted the navigation bar and title display behaviour.
- Adjusted note preview size.
- Fixed the selected state of an item in the sidebar on iPad after the context menu is closed.
- Edit group now shows current set items on top of list.
