I absolutely love this app, I’ve had a fair few orders from different sellers now and everything comes on time and well packaged. I’ve never had a problem at all and everything I have bidded on and won have all been genuine products. The prices are so low especially what the retail price would be and you get what you bid, I’ve had a couple of bits added extra to which is a bonus and all the sellers have been lovely. For the people saying they got second hand stuff is because you bidded on second hand stuff 🤣 it literally tells you at the bottom if stuff Is brand new or used. And if your unsure you can literally use the chat to ask. But overall It’s an amazing app all around and anyone using seeing this review I highly highly recommend ! You see what you buy you can interact with all the sellers, you can even buy from there shop if you don’t want to bid. All of my packages have come through Royal Mail and every time I’ve had a date and time so you never miss a delivery. Be warned tho it’s very addictive 🤣 and you might even get your Christmas shopping done early ahahaha. 5 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This app has a lot of potential in the uk once more people start using it as currently there isn’t enough items for sale in the uk. Firstly customer service is amazing! Definitely needs work on a better search filtering system, I’d recommend separating the American sales to the uk/europe ones as the shipping is insane from America. It also won’t let me save more then one search so I can get notifications for it. And lastly I really don’t like how much ai imagery is used for the live sales, I’d prefer just like a preview to the live as the ai generated images deters me but the whole app system does seem to be targeted to the older generations instead. If there is a reach for the younger generations I’d definitely recommend using less ai generated content.

The utmost WORST app I have ever encountered. Do not trust whatnot and their support team. I was waiting for a package for 32 days that was due in 14 at most but said it could take 33, I went to check the update to see if it said anything. It said they had attempted to deliver it that day and no one was home, so they are returning it to the SELLER, after one attempt, with no heads up, and then no heads up that I wouldn’t be getting it. As it was neither mine or the sellers fault the refund wasn’t up to the seller so I had to reach out to whatnott for a refund, when really they should automatically give one if they won’t be delivering my package but no. They are so stupid or completely ignorant and acting it. I had to over explain every detail hundreds of times for them to still not understand. I had to count the proper amount my self and tell them it as the one they concluded didn’t consist of shipping cost or tax, they kept agreeing and then in the next email would say a different amount, I called them out so many times and they kept changing their story, eventually they said they had made a mistake in their calculations and that they did actually refund all of it and that my bank must not be sending it to me. I know this is a complete lie especially considering the exact amount missing is the exact amount of tax I payed and not just any random number. HOWEVER they are very random, and have been refunding random amounts that don’t add up and give the money back in tiny little random amounts, it’s so weird and dodgy. It’s difficult to explain because the whole thing is so off, but I can definitely say I will NEVER order off here again. Stay FAR away.

No matter what you’re collecting this app finds a way of bringing the worst scammers onto the platform. They all sound the same they all pus for amounts throw tantrums if they dont scalp you to death. Pokemon is the worst for it. As for whatnot support they are so unhelpful and very automated. Given the nature of how easy it is to swipe and pay sometimes you order something by accident. And then imagine your product isn’t as expected well whatnot sometimes just say no to a refund or a return. I ordered multiple times over the years then gave myself a break came back and this guy sent the worst quality of cards I reported a handful of them and they tried to insinuate I was making it up lol despite photo evidence. So if you have a run of bad luck with sellers they will likely not help you out. You’ll just be £160 out of pocket like I was. I hate the app, it’s horrible it’s addictive and it will cause you more pain than it’s worth. Your life will be so much better better without hearing ‘chat’ ‘WAKE UP CHAT’ ‘chat that was a steal chat’ ‘I’m going offline now chat these are going too cheap’ and all that nonsense. Don’t give this shady app anything
