Hi I’m Maria

I'm very upset with. Latam company, because I bought 3 round-trip tickets from Milan to Sao Paulo and on the day of the trip we were tested positive for Covid, I obeyed the rules requested by the Italian government, and when I went to rebook the tickets again, I stayed 2 whole days trying to talk to one operator but none managed to complete it, because the call dropped or was disconnected, and every time we called there was another operator who answered, in short, a total stress. I had to buy other tickets, because I have something important to solve in Brazil. But I guarantee it won't be like that.

App crashes

It crashes when I press on baggage detail or change seats of a past flight.
I also changed the date of my flight and it was all fine in the old app, however, on this app it only shows my past flight (which I couldn’t go to).
I tried finding my flight through the website using my email but it didn’t work.

Not for managing tickets

Latam’s app (and website) does not allow for you to add luggage or chose a seat. It does allow you to go through the whole process only to say service not available at the end. You then have to pay a higher price at the airport for the service. Calling their customer service is also no help at all. All around bad service…
