I'm very upset with. Latam company, because I bought 3 round-trip tickets from Milan to Sao Paulo and on the day of the trip we were tested positive for Covid, I obeyed the rules requested by the Italian government, and when I went to rebook the tickets again, I stayed 2 whole days trying to talk to one operator but none managed to complete it, because the call dropped or was disconnected, and every time we called there was another operator who answered, in short, a total stress. I had to buy other tickets, because I have something important to solve in Brazil. But I guarantee it won't be like that.Thank you,Maria

The LATAM Airlines app feels completely dated, painfully slow, and anything but user-friendly. What should be a simple booking or amendment turns into a frustrating maze of unnecessary barriers.If you’re a foreigner trying to travel with LATAM, honestly, forget about it. You are required to provide a CPF (a Brazilian tax/ID number) just to make a purchase or manage a booking—especially if it was made through an agency. For non-Brazilian customers, this is simply absurd and completely blocks you from moving forward.It gets worse. The app asks for your address and even lets you select Great Britain, yet it won’t accept a UK postcode because the system only allows numbers, not letters. So once again, you’re stuck with no workaround.The overall experience isn’t just frustrating—it’s infuriating. It highlights an extreme level of bureaucracy that makes you feel like the system is designed to stop you from booking a trip rather than helping you do so.Look elsewhere. LATAM isn’t even cheaper than well-established, reliable airlines like British Airways, and at least with them, the technology actually works. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

Weeterwomas
Use the app regularly for my flights within South America and for my trips to Europe. Keeps me informed and I find easy to use. Hope the developers of LATAM PASS app do the same as this app as it can be overwhelming with information and only in one language.

I wasted 2 hours on the phone with customer service and several more hours by myself on their app and website trying to change a flight. Incredibly frustrating and they wouldn’t compensate me for wasting so much of my time due to their “systems being down” and a couple of the slowest people i’ve ever had the misfortune of speaking with on the phone. After trying to take payment for and hour, the lady put in the wrong expiry date for my 2nd card and then gave up and told me to try again tomorrow. Tomorrow being too late for a flight change. A comatose person would’ve been more efficient.
