I had no votes to vote with when I downloaded the app. There was an icon that said ‘+20 vote’ and every time I would press on it my screen would go blank. Waited for it to see if something would load and nothing did. The same thing happened when I pressed on the guide. I have no clue how to use this app.

Everyone else who signed up for this app mentioned they got around 500 points/votes for joining i didn’t receive this sign up bonus and my app won’t load in videos so I can’t receive votes from them either or the Korean only shopping section, it’s alienating foreign fans and users.
