Good rates but comes with caveats

Generally they offer competitive rates however be warned that the app is confusing and not intuitive. They give directions which don’t apply to the app as they’re referring to their online account. Also they hold onto funds for 3 working days when making transfers. If you open a new account and fund it from another of their accounts your funds will disappear for a day or 2 from the account and show £0 which is very disconcerting.

I have 8 savings bonds through the platform, which would normally mean 8 lots of bothersome applications. Great interest rates and I can see all my accounts with one log in. The negative reviews on here seem to be from people who have not read the short and clear terms on the site. It is made clear setting up a new account and the time between an account maturing or a withdrawal from an account may take up to four days.

I can do what I need to however it’s not clear to me the date of when the interest is paid also you can look at new savings but if you click on them nothing happens I can’t really see the point of having it there if you’re unable to access it

As a retired financial planner who used a cash platform I find very easy to use Raisin offering a comprehensive range of fixed, easy access and notice accounts with competitive interest rates. Once the account is established you avoid the need to provide all manner of information to open and close new accounts and the platform allows you to do this without money going in and out of your own bank account wasting a lot of time.

As a retired financial planner who used a cash platform I find very easy to use Raisin offering a comprehensive range of fixed, easy access and notice accounts with competitive interest rates. Once the account is established you avoid the need to provide all manner of information to open and close new accounts and the platform allows you to do this without money going in and out of your own bank account wasting a lot of time.
