DO NOT PLAY. It’s entices you to play says you can win money and it’s not like other games the money you win is your money!!! Total and utter lies, I had earned just over £50 and went to withdraw the money, which they fail to tell you that you have to prove your Id but don’t have to do that when putting money onto your account, then I find out I can only withdraw £16 as the rest is bonus cash which is not real cash!!!! Totally misleading and absolute scam artists I will not be playing this game again!!! I’m still trying to get my money back as I don’t have photo ID and the support team said I have to wait till the relevant identification item comes on the list but couldn’t give me a timeline so I am basically out of pocket!!!!!

There’s bonus money, and cash outable money which are mixed together in your money bit and when you go to the withdraw page you can see the withdrawable amount seperate from what you can only use for playing in the game. There is a £1 handling fee for every withdrawal. Yes both bonus AND cash outable money can be used for the game :) I don’t know if it was just me but I was quite lucky when I first got the game and won £10(£11 but down to £10 once fee was take) and that was without depositing a single thing, but it seems I can’t win a thing now for weeks and I’ve put money in but it’s withered away fast. It’s hard to win but is possible only if you put a severe amount of money in the game, you won’t win it back though most likely. There’s about 10 pop ups as soon as you open the game, and also when you first open the app and click on a game to play, you seem to get not bad luck in that game, but if you continue playing on the app for longer you get worse luck. It is quite addicting though, but fair enough it’s gambling and anyone playing it knows they’ll lose money. When you don’t have the money to play for cash tournaments or even if you just want to play for fun basically you can play for Gems(which are extremely easy to get) in a special gem round, which only costs you 20 gems to lose. Anyways yeah I think that’s about it

I am not happy with this game it was fun at the start but I’ve only been playing a week and once I withdraw some money they don’t like it so I then get put into a high skill level when I only had been playing for like 4 days how can I be already at like a immortal skill level when I haven’t been playing long, and ever since I did that withdrawal every cash tournament I enter I lose and they take my money. This game is supposed to be fun and fair for all players and yet for some reason I am one of those players who isn’t treated fairly when i started there were so many different games i can play including seasonal ones like recently 4th July celebration games now all I get is low entry with low winnings for even a first place winner you put in £6.2 and first place get £11.2 then second gets like £4.7 so you have to win to get a profit out of 5 players it isn’t worth it. Papaya Bingo please update the game to be fair for all players even if people are more skilled it is a skill based bingo game afterall. I understand people are different skill levels but everyone should experience all the game modes regardless. Thank you

This is a great game to play and like it’s other game solitaire cash highly addictive. If you have even a whiff of an addictive personality - BEWARE! It will relieve you of copious amounts of cash without ever getting anything substantial back. The honeymoon period is fab - plenty of small wins which keep you playing but ultimately always needing to top up and never enough to bother withdrawing. I have spent ALOT of money playing this and NEVER won anything near enough to withdraw. If there had been even a sniff of a nice payout over the months I have been playing it would have got 5stars because it’s really enjoyable to play. There is always the “free” jewels to play with but once you have been playing this a while (the exact same with solitaire) even those wins become few and far between. It’s like the insurance companies who reward new customers while the loyal customers get nothing. Your wins of Jewells get less and less frequent. I have stopped putting anymore cash into this and just play jewells.
