Since the change to remove the waitlist we cannot see in our bookings those that we are on the “interested list” for. Can you please show these? Right now I have to burrow through the bookings for each day so see which classes I’m on the “interested list” for.

There are fundamental issues with this app where it is missing basic features most other clubs and gyms have.1. A waiting list that automatically books you on to a class. Currently this is an email and a mad dash to get on the class. My time is to valuable to be sat waiting by my emails to ensure i get into a class.2. Combine Golf, why there is the need for separate apps is beyond me, its simply a terrible journey.3. Busy times, this app really needs a barometer to say how busy the gym is similar to trainline with carriages. Especially during months like January as its impossible to gage the peak times and want to get the most out of when im there.4. Class time refresh, this is the only gym app ive used that has the class refresh at 7pm, this works far better in the morning from my experience. This app has a lot of potential but it needs investment and development especially with the price of the monthly membership, the members deserve more, especially when these are basics for Third space, David Lloyd and Virgin active.

Shocking app considering it needs to be used to book classes. Agree with all reviews by the time you actually get to view classes your on the waiting list it takes such a long to load up. I’m continually having to delete app and reload, it’s quicker to phone the club and book that way. Half the time can’t see classes/activities available for my children as their names don’t always appear on the app considering they have full kid membership. Please please sort as the app could be so much better.

Major problem with Home Screen regarding class bookings. If you’re on the waitlist for a class, the Home Screen says ‘Booked’. This is dreadful. I recently attended a class and had to leave because of this. If you tap on the ‘Booked’ class, it then tells you if you’re actually on the class or the waitlist. I don’t see how this can be portrayed as a software ‘feature’. It’s non-intuitive to the nth degree.
