Hi. I started playing a month ago and it was okay at the start but with time, I can tell that they amend the algorithm to reduce wins. I was winning the “challenger” mode everyday and then suddenly they disabled it but my friend can still see it…customer support said “games are chosen at random” but it’s funny they only disable modes you win so clearly “random” only targets games you play well in. The other issue I had is there are two situations that arise: 1. If you play really well, they don’t match you with an opponents and the. Refund entry fees 2. If you play okay, they immediately match you with players who score at least twice as high as you and you lose.Their algorithm is also a mess and nobody from customer service actually answers how players are matched. I play solitaire on the app and my all time best score was 4,681 and I only ever achieved it once, on average my score is about 4,607. I won a few games in the last two weeks and ever since, I now only get matched with people who score 4,712 and above (which btw is clearly a bot or simulated player because getting 4,607 is hard enough but getting 4,712 means they must be able to clear the deck in 15 seconds continuously) - it makes no sense for me to matched with someone whose average score is at least 100 higher than I am continuously. In any case, I noticed this with Avia games, I used to play bingo clash and solitaire clash also and they did the same exact thing, they would disable any modes I had a high win to loss ratio on and keep the ones I lost more on. It’s one thing matching me with better players and it’s another to literally disable those modes so I can’t play. Absolutely rigged and btw…you will never speak to a human in customer service, they are all bots because the answer never changes no matter what you ask about. They see one word in your question and it automates the answer based on it and good luck getting an answer on how they match players or how they choose “simulated players” because their terms and conditions literally state they use simulated players.

Firstly this game makes it money by stealing from those who deposit their hard earned money, the way they do this is through withdrawal processing fees, this means that every time you want to make a withdrawal you are charged not from in game money but the money you have deposited, I’ve been doing some investigating into this game and therefore experienced this first hand, I was met with a pop up stating if I deposited £7 I would be gifted with a bonus £15 so of course I couldn’t refuse such a great offer, however upon depositing I thought to myself surely this can’t be legit otherwise people would just deposit withdraw deposit withdraw and so on, anyways I wanted to test this so I decided to try and withdraw my £7 however I was told I could only withdraw a maximum of £5, upon doing so I was giving the transaction list, stating that there will be a £1.75 transaction fee from my deposited money and that I will lose my bonus cash, anyways I went through with it and to my surprise they wasn’t lying and due to the minimum being £2 I also lost out on my 25p therefore stealing £2 from me in total, I’mNot left with 25p in my account which I’ll never be able to get back, I now have to wait 1-7 days in order for a refund of £5 to be made so now im down £2, im aware £2 is not a lot of money at all but when presented with a game stating “FREE” to play and then they use the withdrawal fee scam in order to make profits from those who do play it’s a pretty serious offence and quite frankly a disgusting thing to do, I’d rather pay a monthly fee/Subscription of £5-£10 in the hopes to either win my money back or more, this way the company makes money fairly from those subscribing and those who lose and therefore can use those profits to pay those who win, this seems like a much fairer option however we don’t always get what we want. Now I will admit if you do read the policy correctly you would know all this information from the beginning so both you and I do only have ourselves to blame, however this game is a scam and I’m already looking into taking legal action against them, AVOID THIS GAME!!!!
