This apps feel so insecure. Have lots of bugs and bad service too. They said i will get discount if I download their app. I download it and oder food at 3:00pm present at their Chittagong branch but they said it will take time 10min to deliver it from their kitchen because they are doing lunch. I sat at their table and after 30min continuously I requested them to deliver it fast because i was so hungry that time. At 4:00pm they still didn’t give my food then i left their branch and deleted the apps as well. Their apps and service both are so frustrating and disrespectful bad service as well.

What a useless app. It literally shows “No Data Available” when I try to order, so there’s absolutely nothing I can do. No food, no proper ordering experience—basically the app is completely useless.Why release a food delivery app when users can’t even place an order? This feels like an unfinished app that was pushed to the App Store without proper testing.Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Fix your app before expecting people to use it. 1 star is already too generous.

1★Very disappointing experience. The app works normally when there are no offers, but whenever Sultan’s Dine announces an offer, the app suddenly becomes unavailable or stops accepting orders. This has happened repeatedly.If the restaurant cannot handle the increased orders during promotional offers, they should not promote offers through their own app. Customers waste time trying to place orders, only to find that the app is not working.Please fix this issue.#SultanDine #FraudAlert

Apps isn’t working. you will be disappointed when it is showing ‘data isn’t available’ after opening the apps.
1. Added validation to all input fields on the Checkout Address page.
2. Added criteria-based messaging for additional charges on the Checkout page.
3. Adjusted additional delivery charges and reflected them consistently on the Checkout, Order Summary, and Payment pages.
4. Fixed the Big Red Screen issue that occurred when viewing items through the Pre-Order and Order Now flows.
5. Improved the overall checkout and ordering experience with better validation, charge handling, and stability.
