## The Best Focus Timer Apps
FocusPomo is a Pomodoro-based time management app with a minimal and beautiful design, powerful features, and a rewarding sense of progress.
Our mission is to improve and protect your attention. That’s why we don’t simply pile on features, and we don’t use addictive game-like rewards. FocusPomo is built to help you focus on one thing at a time.
## When you may need FocusPomo
1. You work hard, but still don’t feel real progress
2. Your study or work efficiency feels low
3. You get distracted easily and want to reduce procrastination
4. Important things keep getting delayed
5. You want to become more disciplined
6. You want different parts of your life to gradually get better
7. You have many things you want to do, but keep making slow progress
## FocusPomo Core Features
1. Real-time sync across all platforms. Sync through iCloud across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so your focus data always stays up to date.
2. A simple and easy-to-use focus timer. No flashy design, no complicated distractions. Everything is designed for a better focus experience.
3. Cute little tomatoes that make focus feel rewarding. Every completed Pomodoro gives you a cute little tomato. Your tomatoes accumulate each week, making effort more visible without turning focus into a distracting game. Tomatoes also support motion response and haptic feedback (motion response is currently supported on iOS only).
4. Powerful focus statistics. View focus trends, Pomodoro insights, and detailed data across different tasks and time ranges.
5. Calendar timeline. Reflection helps you improve. View your focus time distribution by one day, two-day comparison, or one week.
6. Optimized for iPad and Mac large screens. View more useful information and enjoy a focus experience designed for larger screens.
7. Mac support. View timer status, focus task, and today’s focus data from the menu bar. Start, pause, or end focus sessions without opening the app.
8. Apple Watch App that works independently. No iPhone needed. Start a timer, create or edit focus tasks, and manage focus directly on Apple Watch.
## FocusPomo Design Philosophy
1. Focus. We don’t build an all-in-one product. We focus on time management and help make your effort truly pay off.
2. Simplicity. Simplicity is not the goal. It is the result. Every feature and detail is carefully researched, considered, and refined.

Hi, I love this app as it lets me focus more than any other app i’ve tried and as of yet it hasn’t been buggy which is the thing i’ve struggled with on other apps! I really think a friends leaderboard would be a really good idea. one of my main motivations is other people and seeing a leaderboard of how much all of your friends have done as the week goes on could be a really good feature. if this feature was added it could also be cool to see a shared calendar on the app where it showed what you have done throughout the day like it does now, but also when and what your friends have done too, which could be an optional choice. I also think it would be good to be able to add a title to each session you have done such as “maths homework” or “cleaned my room” so when you look back you have a way of knowing what you did and when. Another feature I think could be cool would be other sounds as well as rain while studying, maybe a fireplace or something, just more ambient sounds. i’ve seen someone else say this too, but adding another fruits could be a good insensitive to do more, such as “spend an hour in a focus session to unlock this fruit” My last suggestion would be to make the tomato’s a different size depending on how much you have done, such as small for less than 30 minutes, medium for 30mins to an 1, large for 1+ hours, and the biggest being 2 hours or more.
You need to pay for everything!

I have been looking for a timer app that’s cute and not complicated to use, and this app is! It really helps with my workout because it reminded when to take a break. As well as that it also helps a lot with my study, so I don’t over study on one subject! However, the only problem is… you have to pay for everything! I have to pay to change the timetable, you have to pay to change the break times, you have to pay for the widgets. I could go on really, but I think this is kind of a problem beaks as a student, unfortunately I don’t really want to be paying like what 7.99 a month just to make some minor changes. Now this amount might not seem like a lot, but I’m sorry, I could really use that money on something much better that just some cute additions. Seriously though, I live in a university dorm room, so I have to spend my money wisely because my parents aren’t there to caution me where to spend my money properly (as much as that really helps). But yeah, I think that not only me but other people like me would really appreciate it if u could make atleast some things free. 😅
Great!

I really like this app, there’s clearly a lot of thought and love gone into it. Here’s a couple of things on my wishlist:• The ability to create/schedule ‘routines’, so like Routine A: 25m of X category, short break, 25m of Y category, short break, 25m of Z category, long break. For things like morning routines or habits I often chain together. The ability to then schedule those as repeating in the calendar would be great. • Somewhat related, at the moment if you put an event in the calendar it doesn’t count as a tomato, but I like to use calendars to plan ahead and remind me to do things. It’d be great if you could schedule stuff but then have a reminder at the time that you could open to start the pomo. That way, you could plan ahead, and still get the tomatoes counted.• Building off the other two, a calendar sync would be great (I use iCloud calendar). So that if I put something like ‘yoga’ into my iCloud calendar, I don’t have to manually add it each time into FocusPomo too, which doubles the effort. These are just some added things that’d make it more seamless and less manual, but in general the app is great. It’s very polished, the style it’s cute, the font and colours really fit the brand, it’s very cohesive, all the extra haptic and gyroscope touches make for a delightful UX.
Great app

I’ve been using this focus-time app for a while now, and it has genuinely boosted my productivity. The interface is clean, the timer options are flexible, and the whole experience feels thoughtfully designed. I love how the app helps me track longer work sessions. One feature I’d love to see added is smarter break scheduling. After completing my longer sessions on stopwatch mode, it would be amazing if the app could automatically calculate the optimal break length based on the work I’ve already done. This kind of adaptive break system would make the workflow feel even more intuitive and personalized.Overall, I’m really happy with the app — and with a bit more “smart” automation, it could become an absolute must-have for anyone who depends on structured focus time. Highly recommended!
