Great app with really impressive vehicle reports — both the short and full versions are clear, detailed, and very helpful. It covers a vast amount of information on a car, which gives real peace of mind.Customer support is excellent too. Even over the Christmas break, I received a quick and helpful response and my issue was resolved without hassle. The only small snag is that reports don’t seem to download properly to my iPhone, but overall I’m still 100% happy with the app and the service.

Too complex and not sure if purchase made. Simply try to buy a report, then after adding CC details and click on BUY, it only then insists on an account. Which I set up, now won’t let me buy a single report? And I’m not clear if clicking on it multiple times has charged my CC many times also? I just wanted to buy a report, I don’t need all this complexity. I’m going to use old fashioned HPI

Saw the link on Mat Armstrong and Calvin’s vlogs . I was nearly in my way to buy a car and decided to check it out. So glad I did as the car wasn’t what it seemed . The check clarified everything I needed to know . Found more damage than disclosed and an issue with ownership . Didn’t buy it . All good thank you worth every penny especially with the MAT discount
