Have used this a few times now and it does give some really good insights. Certainly something I plan on continuing to use on a personal and professional level. I would love to see the technology develop further to get an analysis from anterior / posterior views… no doubt this will come!
Every runner needs this app

This app is fantastic. It gives an incredibly detailed explanation of your running mechanics. It really does highlight the difference between how you think you’re running compared to what you’re actually doing - you think it’s Mo Farah but it’s more like Mo from Eastenders!Pay attention to the advice for recording the video as this really helps to let the app do its job properly.Thank you Khaldon and Perrine for all your hard, I have waited years for this type of analysis but could never afford the prices of a professional analysis. The changes I have made in the last two weeks have already knocked 30 seconds off my pace/km 😉
Ochy really helped me - I recommend!

I’ve been really impressed with Ochy. The analysis was spot on - it correctly identified a weakness in my left knee that I hadn’t realised myself. The app then suggested targeted exercises, which I’ve now integrated into my training plan with my physio, and I’m already noticing improvements. What I also love is how super easy to use everything is. The visual explanations make it very easy to understand what’s going on with my running form, even if I not really an expert.Overall, a great tool for anyone serious about improving their running and avoiding injuries.
App needs work
Themixer1977
Yes it analyses my running style and give exercises to fix the issue, but it should prompt me to do the exercises. Currently after you have done the exercises once, thats it. Rather than get you to do them every day as the app says, it just shows done. Also sounds when doing the exercises so you know the start / end without having to look at the screen. App needs a lot of work. Seems they have put all the effort into the analysis, but not much into the exercises regime part. And for £50 a year, its massively lacking.
• Performance improvements and optimizations.
• Introduction of advanced white-labeling capabilities for enterprise accounts.
