I installed this app 10 months ago and it has been sucking my hard earned money (£50) per month resulting to a £500 loss even after deleting it I tried logging back in some while ago and received a log In error and after that I forgot about this leech app just today I was about to end my subscription and it kept on giving me other subscriptions as I was about to click cancel subscription my app froze ( which is definitely a tactic used for a person to click purchase the other subscription) I clicked cancel a few times and accidentally clicked buy the £30 subscription only once and then after I clicked cancel I few times and then I see a pop up notification saying the subscription was purchased I only clicked it once and then after clicked cancel at the start and end showing how the cancel button is useless I cancelled the app because I had no development in my voice and it’s filled with Ai like geez if you get so much money per membership at least invest in some human life that’s the reason I cancelled the app 10 months ago I demand I receive £500 since i barly even used the app aswell as the 30 pounds you made me accidently buy this is not a way how to treat your customets atleast make it’s moneys worth 😤

I suspect this is a scam. I signed up for the cheapest £3.99 plan trialling to see if it suits me. Unfortunately it doesn’t and I’ve only used it once. Later when I checked my bank statement I noticed it took another two further payment of £7.99. This is totally unacceptable when all three payments were taken within 2 weeks without even an email notification saying payment would be taken. If I don’t have the habit of checking my bank statements very regularly it would have taken more further payments quietly. This company is trying to take the opportunity to charge more before a customer could notice. Very disappointing especially when the app is not even helpful. The exercises are silly and not useful. I struggle to understand how anyone would find the app helpful in improving their voice.

I tried this through a free trial but it wasn’t for me. I cancelled before the free trial ended and the Apple Store shows it’s cancelled with no further records so as far as I was concerned it was cancelled. I unfortunately had £7.99 taken a week for 7 weeks since cancelling which makes no sense as that isn’t even a plan option. I only just noticed this and have requested a refund as assume at this point that it’s a mistake. Until I get this refunded I would act with caution before trying this app - if I get the refund I will report it here as a clerical error. The apple help desk was very helpful and said that somehow the subscription had been taken over by the app developer despite me thinking I had cancelled. I never signed up for £7.99 a month. Be careful!!! I have no idea how this happened.

If you forget to cancel they will continue charging you an extortionate weekly premium charge, instead of moving you over to a monthly package. Then when you go to cancel they are willing to give you whole year at the 4 weekly payments they charged - this is what you call scamming professionally. If they had any conscious and cared about their customers they would automatically move you to a monthly package not keep scamming weekly payments from you or at least email you to let you know that they you can utilise their monthly or yearly offers rather then continue charging you an insane weekly amount.
