2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app.
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

This app is very well laid out and has an extremely high level of attention to detail across workouts and recipes. The workouts are laid out in order and I can be clear of what to do on what day. I am very impressed, This is a really high quality app with a great user experience. It’s an excellent business model as it’s only £2.49 / month. I’m really glad I found Pamela Reif, thanks to her starring on a stretching video with Haaland at Dortmund! I eat a mostly plant based diet too and have the same values as Pamela, there is also great content to read about on food and types. Pamela is also a great person/instructor, she is well educated and well spoken. Get this app translated into Spanish :) Spain would benefit so much from this app it’s so simple and perfect. They’d be really into it from the fitness element and benefit so much reading about the blog content on cow milk and meat for example.

As amazing as Pam is at what she does this app just disappointed way too much right now. I’ve been using it ever since it came out and decided to extend the features + support my very favourite fit role model by paying the monthly fee (which is very reasonable, for that I’m grateful). To my utmost disappointment the dishes don’t unlock - there’s a substantial number of beautiful recipes still locked until you’ve purchased Pam’s books. So beware - not everything you see locked when you’re not a subscriber will become available with subscription. Other than that I appreciate the constant app updates. It works as it should even though some bits could be worked on from the UX perspective (i.e. returning from a recipe detail scrolls right to the top of the list after you’ve finally made your way to its bottom half). Thank you for what you do. My approach would be decreasing the amount of sales touch points for your paying supporters.

I have been training and using different fitness apps for years now including some big global names in the industry……BUT nothing compares to this app! The layout, the fun workouts, the recipes and the best part is THE WEEKLY WORKOUT PLANS! I have stayed trainings consistently since I’ve downloaded at and I look forward to it each day! It’s always updated and there’s new content on the app weekly it never gets boring. Beside the content and great app functioning …..of course the biggest and bestest part is PAM herself she is such a ray of sunshine always smiling and bringing lots of happy and positive energy to the workouts. She really is a true inspiration and a genuine kind hearted person! Her app price and general ethos totally sets her aside from other people that are only motivated by the profits. She is truly one in a billion! Thank you Pam keep it the amazing work 🙌🏻

I was scared of both workout and meal apps before because I often feel a lot of pressure from the idea of them and have body anxiety but Pam’s app and workouts in general are the most positive experience ever!! Everything is encouraging but in a motivating way that actually makes me keep up with my workouts without feeling bad if I rest or change things. I’m always excited to go on it and see what workouts are up and it’s very easy to navigate. The recipes also all seem amazing as I’ve only tried one but everything is super well thought out and Pam/her team obviously made this for her fans in mind. It’s definitely worth 2.99 a month but also the free version is still great!
