So far it’s great the free limited access I have. Just a shame they don’t do a one of payment like £5.99 or something for full access :-(

Horrific problems driving me to despair

A mistake I am regretting hugely. Having 7 months remaining on guarantee I am hoping to hear from HP with news that they will relieve me from the wall to wall stress and upset I have had since receiving this printer by sending someone to pick it up and refund me. I have been operating apple computers and an assiciated printer since 1982 … but this is driving me up the wall as is the printing ink subscription which I have not been able to access within the offer and the only printing I have been able to do so far is HP Trouble shooting pages! Please spare me suicidal hell HP and come and collect this printer and refund! I can bare no more! My health will not take it!

If you did not find your printer there so please try to dig deeper into your printer's manufacturer manual.

When it doesn’t work and mine after only light use stopped working, it’s hours of fiddling with inconclusive software, wasting money on new cartridges , much frustration and still no results. The most productive thing I can do with this printer is put it in a recycling centre.

I’ve sent numerous mails with no reply from anyone.The full yearly subscription got debuted without any warning close to the end of the trial.Usually there would be a reminder message in this case there was not.The app does not sync to my printer so won’t be of any use.Can I ask you contact me via email or phone soonest.
