They offer a free 3 day trial if you give them a five star rating. Then you are directed to a 'paid' helper app. I immediately cancelled my subscription and gave a one star rating. Deleted it from my computer. I do not support these types of developers. Is Apple aware of their practices?
My disk is not visible anymore

After i install this app and subscribed for a trial it asked me to download a helper which asks to allow system configurations which i am afraid to do. After that is deleted this app and helper and now i can not see my external disk anymore! HELP ME PLEASE TO MAKE MY DISK VISIBLE AGAIN!!! THERE ARE VERY IMPORTANT FILES!

Deleting the app cannot uninstall NTFS driver, it is why your case happened. In fact, iBoysoft NTFS has a built-in uninstall function which can completely uninstall the software and its driver components. Now to completely remove the driver components leftover after deleting, the following commands need to be used:sudo rm -rf /Library/Filesystems/iboysoft_NTFS.fssudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/ms_ntfs.kext
