It’s a good app been using it for 18 months but I’m afraid it’s gone in a different way. All the music apps where like golden skeleton playing guitar and when it changed the scenery into a fantastic looking different world but you could still see the features of the original but it’s just now doing people and the excitement has gone why has this happened and is there a way to get to some of the older things it could do I would have liked to finish the video I had startedCheers Paul

I subscribed for the whole year then nothing works unless I pay for everything again and again. I contacted you already and emailed the glam team. They keep telling me I have to wait until they fix the issues then suddenly they take away even my right for using the five free videos daily. It’s zero use for everything though I already paid. At the end they told me to contact apple for the refund. The subscription doesn’t even show up in the support page. So fishy. So deceptive and I don’t recommend anyone to ever subscribe for this nonsense. I paid. I should use for what I paid or a refund plz immediately. I just want to be refunded. That’s all. Keep it short and do it as any other decent app team do. Enough playing around. Don’t ever tell me to contact you because I already did and you’re still playing around with me and many others.

Whether you want to pay for a week or a year, it’s like a buffet of greed, and guess what? You’re not even getting a decent meal! Let’s talk about those so-called “free” filters. Spoiler alert: they’re not free! You’ll find yourself trapped in a monthly subscription that feels more like a bad relationship than a photo editing app. Why on earth should anyone have to pay for basic features that should be kept free? It’s like they’re saying, “Hey, we know you want to enhance your photos, but how about we just rob you blind instead?”And the moment you open the APP? Bam! A popup smacks you in the face, asking if you’d like to subscribe. Because nothing screams “user-friendly” like an immediate demand for your wallet. It’s just another money-grabbing, unnecessary APP

However, the reason behind not having a trial is that our subscription plans offer much more than a free version from the very start: up to 100 photos to edit (not AI videos, though), additional coins for video processing and discounts for further purchases within the app. Also, we offer a discounted price for the first subscription period and there is always an option to get free coins via our referral program or via a feedback interview with our team. Daily bonuses are also provided. Hope you can give us a second chance!

I signed up for the £6.99 per week subscription, only to find out you’re given a limited amount of coins per week to use, that’s disgusting. So if you use all of your coins, these greedy thieves want you to buy more! Also, I’m prompting the AI photo animator to do things such as ‘make them smile and move slightly,’ and it just zooms out on the photo, that’s it, nothing else, but still takes 30 coins, then I try again and it does the same thing, taking coins off me for each try! I think I’ve lost about 300 coins because of this. Plus, we shouldn’t be limited to coins per animation, as I’m paying a weekly subscription, absolute daylight robbery! Also, when you write your prompt in the description box, AI does the complete opposite and changes the persons faces completely! Sorry, but if all these issues aren’t fixed with in the next few days, then I’ll be requesting a refund and finding a better app that does what you prompt it to do and doesn’t charge you coins or rob you of them! And yes, before you comment saying make sure the pictures are clear, the photos I’m uploading have already been cleaned up on other apps I use, so it has nothing to do with that!
