Some great authors and books with gripping story lines. There is going to selection of genre I especially like the werewolf stories.One good thing is you can read the first few chapters for free to see if you like it before you have to purchase more chapters. One downside is the cost of coins to purchase new chapters however, you can usually earn enough free coins, each day to unlock at least one chapter. Another downside is sometimes the books and complete so you have to wait for new chapters to be uploaded.

I’ve been reading books off this site for many years but chapters are so expensive to buy and even then you don’t get that chapters that you’ve brought instead they take the money and give you nothing in return I’ve written to them to ask if they can put what I brought back on the account but with no reply, there needs to be a monthly charge instead of just buying chapters so you can read as much as you want but with that being said there are some really grate reads and I was I could of given it more but i can’t as there hardly any customer service support when you need them instead your asked to wait 3 days or more for them to answer still wait for them to answer me of spending £9.99 and not getting any coins for chapters

The books are a little expensive but is is possible at get bonus for free. Also one you have paid for a book you don’t have to pay again. Over all the books I have read are well written and thoroughly enjoyable definitely recommend. I would be nice to have the option to just buy one book at a time as well as buying credits.

Had a falling out with one of their authors which resulting in them removing the authors books despite the author telling them they could keep the books on the platform for customers who had already purchased the books. In total this was 14 books that I’d purchased and was subsequently removed. Repeatedly asked me to outline all the books I’d purchased. So I requested a data subject access request x3 times which they ignored. By law this is illegal. I asked for a full refund of the books and not credits which they ignored and reimbursed with credits for the equivalent of 7 books. I’ll be finishing off the live books in this app and won’t be purchasing anymore. Disgraceful customer service.
