Subscription pricing and terms:
Expand offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99/year or monthly subscription at $11.99/month that provides you with access to the entire library of guided experiences. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your app store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off in your app store account settings.

This is truly an amazing app. There is nothing in the App Store that comes even close to this latest Monroe Institute product. For a small monthly fee I have access to very powerful meditations that keep transforming my life beyond belief. I’ve been using many of the meditations daily since summer 2021. I’m still amazed by what they bring to my life. I believe this is the Institute’s best ever offering. There are new meditations that were previously not available to purchase on CDs or downloads. And some of the old favourites are refreshed and improved. Excellent sound quality, rock solid performance and out of this world content. A treasure of a cosmic scale. Most highly recommended!

This is a nice app, nicely designed and presented. The meditations on offer are generally good, a few very good. So far, so good. So for the niggles. There are not really enough meditations in the library to keep you regularly interested. In the U.K. the monthly fee is just over £10 - that’s a lot for an app, especially one with a limited library. My favourite category, is ‘Beyond the physical’ but there are just 14 mediations in the section. They are great, just not enough of them. I hope the library will be ‘expanded’ as we go.

The app is Quite slick, but the meditations are a very mixed bag. There are a few good ones, but many are trite, and not particularly interesting or useful. You can find much more powerful content at Learning Strategies. The Hemi-Sync sound technology promises a lot, but doesn’t really deliver. Others, such as Kelly Howell, do it much better. On the other hand, the app is convenient to use, and the subscription cost is relatively low so three stars seems about right.
