I actually always hated the withdrawals process in online casinos. You wait normally around 3-7 working days. If it’s a really good casino it needs 2 working days or sometimes even the next evening. But at MrQ I almost every time I get it on the next morning. Even when I request a withdraw at 11pm the evening before, it arrives in the morning at between 8-10am (most of the time) and even on bank/public holidays I have received my withdraw sometimes. This is really important to me and mrQ made it! Also you have almost all games available on there and they also improving and expanding their live game choices. One thing is: PLEASE add live games (live roulette, bj or game shows) from different brands other than evolution. MrQ’s Customer Support NEEDS to IMPROVE BIG TIME. They have a very limited support to their customers. Chat support is not 24/7, No Phone Support and Email Support takes ages before you get a generic and transactional response. I have reached out through chat and I was just advised the send an email to the verification team which I did and followed up multiple times and still no response.
