If you compare other apps with similar functionality as KIRI engine you’ll not find the thoughtfulness of adding features like filling holes or come close to delivering precise LiDAR bitmaps for making texture scans pop. The Gaussian splat captures and their meshes are second to none and instead of having the workflow of rigging in apps like Mixamo, you can rig your models straight in this app. I feel the awesome free Blender plugins that KIRI engine offer should also be mentioned as a note of how ambitious this company are to help the 3Dscanning enthusiasts trust the possibility of using their mobile devices as a professional grade tool. Awesome so far (and I’ve only had the pro version less than a week).

I’ve tried several 3D scanners and all seem to have different benefits. Kiri engine is a great one to use. Easy UI and great results. I also love the ability to choose different types of scans. Photo mode, but also Lidar, including the option to move your object enabling scans of every angle which is a huge bonus. Great app for 3D scanning 👍👍👌

This might just be the first user focused 3d scanning app that does exactly what it says and gives you plenty of time to use it in its entirety for free before asking for money. Which is honestly all I needed to agree to spend money on this. Worth it and actually really high quality scans

Wow. What a powerful tool. So easy to use. It’s opened up a whole new world of possibilities. Now I don’t have to spend hours working out how to model something that approximates to the object I want to print- I can scan it. And it’s easy too!
