First few months I was happy with both watch and app to be fair. The app does what’s needed. After last update I kept getting loads of adds when I open the app and there’s another after. I hate adds first and foremost and then the app started having issues with connectivity. It keeps disconnecting from watch. I have a watch ultra w68 and love it honestly. But this is annoying me to no end. For some reason after the update the app is not on the background refresh and so every time I close the app it looses connection and won’t get it back. The only way is to unpair, forget device in Bluetooth settings and pair again. Over and over again. Or leave the app always open. Can you fix this please? It all was working wonders up until last update
App crashes & unable to leave feedback

My app crashes all the time when requesting weekly steps. It’s fine when loading daily steps but anything other than this & it makes the app crash. Also the feedback button on the app doesn’t work either as when you submit the feedback it just freezes. My app version is up to date. Please fix these issues as your app is very good & has lots of useful info, just these issues let it down.
Battery killer and crashes

This app is a battery killer, as it constantly runs in the background even when the app is closed. Designed to work with some cheaper smartwatches on the market, you can tell the time and effort on quality is missing with this app. I would avoid unless you have an extended battery pack with you to charge your phone when you are away from a mains power source or you may find out that you phone does not last a day.Also it crashes constantly when you access areas within the app. I would avoid making the same mistake as I did and get a smart watch from one of the leading smartwatches manufacturers.

Decent app but the steps don’t auto update so you end up adding all your steps to apple health at the same time after manually updating and most of them are discounted from the daily steps so it’s not very accurate. If they could fix this it would be 4 stars
