Ive spent the past 2 weeks trying to upload synced lyrics for my band. Only reason I persisted so long is somehow this sham of a company has monopolised this portion of the market.The app itself is extremely temperamental with uploading audio and may or may not upload claiming it’s not compatible. I’ve uploaded lyrics through the mobile app 5 to 6 times now, and every time I come back to it they’ve gone. The web based platform is no better, the lyrics are saved there (still not on the app though!) and I managed to run a sync (which was terrible and a nightmare to fix) but then for some reason it locks out certain lines which you then can’t adjust. So in summary, download this app if you want to take up space on your phone for no reason. Then go to the web app to find that’s effectively just as useless. This is probably a scam to push people to pay the pro package and have them do it for you. Avoid wherever possible!Update: the excuse of using an older version is weak. As mentioned, the issue stems from both app and web based (both of which are up to date fyi). Generally just a poor platform. Be better off trying to fix it than hide behind an update excuse

Hi, we’re sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience 😔. Adding, syncing, and distributing lyrics is free for all artists. The issues may be due to using an older version (2.66.1). Updating to 2.67 should make things much smoother!

I don’t know if it’s my account or whatever but this app is shockingly terrible. Can’t even log in. I tried logging in on my Google account, says there’s an error. Tried logging in with my email, says there’s an error. Tried logging in with Apple, didn’t even log me in, just brought me back to the get started option. The website is just as bad, same thing happens in that. When I did manage to log in in the past and tried adding lyrics to my songs, it was just a whole mess, nothing but multiple unnecessary errors for no reason. You tried adding a song, error, write lyrics, error, save it and publish it, error. I’m getting tired of this app. Please tell me I’m not the only one going through this.

What on earth is the point of this app? So it finally received an update and you can actually log in now, rather than just being stuck on the splash screen - so that’s something I guess. The screenshots on the App Store listing show you editing and syncing lyrics within the app - but when you tap edit or sync lyrics, it just kicks you out of the app and into your browser instead!! Absolutely pointless.
