Terrible app
Very rarely works. The website is the same, it also very rarely works. I’ve not been able to open either the app or the website at all for at least 24 hours.

App doesn’t even start!
All you get is a picture of a family sitting on a couch looking at a mobile phone.
New app update
Since the new app update it doesn’t open it just shows loading screen
