This update makes it easier to get help in your language. • The Photo Album Widget website, including help and support, is now available in 24 languages, and the website and support links on this App Store page open it in yours. Thanks for using Photo Album Widget.

Photos are framed better, and albums are easier to find. • Better cropping. Photos are now cropped to fit the shape of each widget. Portrait photos keep more of the top of the picture, so faces are less likely to be cut off. • Wide widgets favor landscape photos. When a wide widget shows photos in random order, it now leans toward landscape photos, which fit it better. Oldest-first and newest-first orders are unchanged. • A tidier album list. When you choose Edit Widget and tap Album, your albums are now grouped under My Albums and Shared Albums and sorted by name. Thanks for using Photo Album Widget.

Choosing an album is now much faster in large photo libraries. • In libraries with tens of thousands of photos, the album list could take a long time to appear after you chose Edit Widget and tapped Album. It took so long that it looked as if you could not choose an album at all. The list now appears much sooner. • New tap option: No Action. Choose it in the app's settings, under Widget Tap Action, and tapping a widget will do nothing. The setting applies to all your widgets. Thanks for using Photo Album Widget.

The widget now changes the photo only when you want it to. • Only the Refresh Period you chose moves the widget on. Opening the app, closing a photo you were looking at, or tapping a widget that opens the app no longer changes the picture, and no longer restarts the countdown to the next change. • When you do ask for a different photo, it appears right away. Before, it waited for the next scheduled refresh. • The Next Photo action in Shortcuts works. It used to do nothing. You can now change the photo from a shortcut or an automation, without the app opening. • Every widget keeps its own photo and its own schedule. Two widgets no longer share one, and tapping one to skip leaves the others alone. Thanks for using Photo Album Widget.

Photo Album Widget now speaks your language. • The app is fully translated into 24 languages: English, Arabic, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. • The widget's setup screen is translated too, so every album, order, filter, frame and refresh option reads in your own language. • The black and white filter is now labeled Noir, the name it has always had in the app. Thanks for using Photo Album Widget.
