非常难用的vpn还拒不退钱。防火墙该关的都关了（本来就有很大风险），网络连接成功了，anycast打开就是显示没有网络，一直在检测API，然后就是连接失败，有时候能连上但是要花费很长时间，且连接很不稳定，工作人员态度很差且回复效率很慢，这么难用的软件跟我说下次别再续费，吃相别太难看。 An unusable VPN, the customer service refused to refund any money. The firewall should be turned off, many specifications need to be allowed, which will not happen when using other vpn app, also cause a great risk when turning off the firewall. The network connection is successful, but when the app is opened, it shows that there is no network. It has been detecting the ‘API’, and then the connection fails. It takes long time to connect every time, which is really a waste of time. The attitude of the customer service is very poor and the response efficiency is very slow, what ridiculous is they refused to refund and said don't renew it when it's due.🤮
