This is the first time I have used this app. I have to say that Nina from Plant Identifier has really blessed me and I am very impressed with their customer service & the app itself. I am new to gardening at the grand age of 72 and this app will be fantastic for me. Thoroughly recommend

This app is a scam!! When I click delete account it will NOT delete it constantly says it’s loading and nothing happens! When I go to manage subscription it all of a sudden asks me to sign in? But I don’t know what I’mSupposed to sign into I never had to sign into an extra account when i first subscribed but when I want to cancel or “manage” subscription it wants me to sign in to something? So I try sign in, doesn’t work, I click forgot password they say they sent me a email to reset password but NO EMAIL ever received!!! Then I email them and complain and tell them to delete subscription and account and they won’t do it, and now sure enough they had the cheek to take 9.99 out of my account even tho I been trying to cancel!! Apple I want to report this as a scam pls and anyone reading this stay far away!!!!

The identification tool is hit and miss. Some identifications definitely incorrect, others not identified at all despite multiple attempts. The diagnosis tool is just a sham. Doesn’t function at all like the multitude of advertisements that plague my social media. “Abiotic disease” is not a diagnosis, simply a clever way of saying “we don’t know what is wrong”. Suggestions include, too much water, too little water, too much light etc. Not at all helpful. Even when the leaves were clearly covered with a fungal infection, the app was still not able to identify the problem. You can save yourself a load of money, and learn a lot more, by buying an old fashion, reliable gardening book written by real experts.

I downloaded this app after seeing an advert for it on instagram. On the add, you take a picture of your plant and it analyses it and tells you EXACTLY what the issue is and EXACTLY what the cure is. I tried it. It comes up as a page every time for every plant I scanned- the exact same page saying it could be either: under-watering, over-watering, too little sunlight, too much sunlight, too many nutrients or not enough nutrients and then the “cures” were very obviously to do the opposite of whichever you have to decide you think your plant has. HELLO!!! THATS WHY I DOWNLOADED THE APP!!! I KNOW IT IS ONE OF THOSE THINGS BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH BECAUSE IF I DID I WOULD NOT BE SEEKING HELP FROM AN APP. Complete waste of time and money and false, misleading advertising.
