Superb app that does far more than others much more expensive!

I decided to go alcohol free recently, just to be healthy. I was looking for an app that I could use to remind myself of my progress along with other intentions too, such as going to the gym, maintaining archery classes etc. This app does everything I need and so beautifully too! I love the widgets and the design choices — superb! There are some apps on this store who are blatantly taking advantage of people wishing to track their progress with such things as alcohol addiction and you can tell as they’re subscription based. I personally don’t like subscriptions for small apps, it’s greedy. If it were something major such as design software then I can understand the constant need to develop and update. Kudos to the team for this app and selling instead of leasing.

Thank you EverSoRich for your support and good luck with your intentions! Best, Rodrigo
Visually stunning, but some feedback…

There is lots to love about this app, it has a wide variety of themes and colours, and good overall design. There are two main things I’ve noticed that would be a great improvement.First, I love the ability to use the upcoming queue for a widget on my iPad, so I can see what I have got coming up. My main use of this is for exams. However, this means that I cannot use the app for birthdays as well, because they will come up in the queue too. My proposition for this would be to have some for of collections, similar to having different calendars in the Apple calendar app. This would allow you to have different upcoming queues for different things like exams, birthdays, etc.Second, something I have found frustrating is that all but two of the themes (fonty and minimal) have a strong focus on the arbitrary start date: either when you created the countdown or when you set the start. This isn’t ideal if you just created the countdown on a random day, and you don’t care about the proportion of the time passed from said day. What would be great is if for the ones with items (row and grid) there is an option to only show the remaining days, using the matched items with time. So it would display just 5 bars because there are 5 weeks left, and it wouldn’t show how many weeks have passed.I hope to hear from you about plans for these type of changes coming up!P.s.The progress bar direction doesn’t seem to copy in the copy traits, which is frustrating!

H Polar_anon,Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, it is highly appreciated! We will be adding both of your requests and will fix the issue copying the bar direction. Collections will be treated as tags, which you will be able to filter inside of the app and on the widgets, as well. This is coming in the next version of the app.Thank you again for your feedback. Have a good day!Rodrigo
Not just a pretty face!

I stumbled across this app when looking for a way to display a Christmas countdown on my watch and phone. I love how this works across all Apple devices seamlessly. The sync functionality with Reminders and Calendars is also very useful because I already have a lot of repeating events and tasks set up and this app makes it easy to see what is coming up, with a little bit of flair and customisation. The ‘library’ section is well thought-out with lots of great ideas. Overall I’m really impressed how much attention has gone into developing the features of this app.

Days not available

I understand having paywalled features but the fact you can’t even select days as a time unit for an event more than a year away makes this pointless for me. I’m not paying £18 to get a widget to be able to see how many days away something is, and just seeing “1 year” is pointless. Perhaps locking some of the designs behind a paywall and not basic functionality would be better.Edit: the response is not true! I redownloaded the app to check and the day counter is locked behind a paywall. I didn’t change anything else. I checked to see what it defaults to for events less than a year away and the format is 11 months 30 days. For over a year it defaults to year and month, but not if the event is in less that 395 days away, where it will just say 1 year. For anyone who just wants a widget to tell them number of days I’d recommend using the shortcut app instead. It’s less aesthetic but fulfils the same function, and is free.

Thank you for your feedbackSelecting single days as unit to show is not a paid feature, it is inside the free features we provide. If you show the PRO lock in the event, it may have been for some other feature.Have a great day, RodrigoEdit: I encourage you to try again, and check that other PRO things are not selected, like the Accessory Indicator, you can change it
