Below is my original review and reply from developers. I asked about why my game did not play without WiFi or data connection … devs stated that once updates had been checked and i was logged on the game does play without WiFi or data. It does NOT play without WiFi my power was turned off due to electrical work and I was in the middle of playing the game stopped told me I had to reconnect. In the advert it clearly states no WiFi or data needed so please do not get caught out as this is clearly untrue. I’ve been playing over a year now and the no connection req was a draw as I thought it would pass time on long journeys how wrong I was. It remains a good game otherwise you don’t have to spend money if you don’t want to, though the special islands use an insane amount of energy for some parts and when you start with 80 and one move costs you 35 or 45 energy it only allows for 2 or 3 moves depending on what you are doing. I am loving playing this game, I play several times during the day to make the most of renewing energy. I have however just watched an ad that states the game is completely free to complete …no argument there.. but that it is also playable without a WiFi or data connection! That part I have an issue with. My game does not load without being connected to internet is this an iPad issue or am I doing something wrong? The game still does not let me play unless I have internet connection. If my signal drops out the game gives me a message saying we are loosing you reconnect! It doesn’t load or play without a connection

There is no mother & baby in a snowstorm, there are no conveyor belts or fields overflowing with flowers. And there ARE adverts… not forced ones, but if you want the extra items/cards that appear in floating bubbles, either pay real money or watch an ad. And you need to correct the broken English language used in the ads too… eg: what is a “top on”??!! I hope you pay attention to and publicise what your less favourable reviewers say.

I’ve played this game since it came out. Although I originally found you had to spend quite a bit of money to keep moving forward - 1 year later - and the money grabbing techniques used are what let this game down. Any perk to the player is removed with each update they make to the game. There is no denying the game is original and fun, however, you will spend money and get very little return for the money you spend. This game is designed to grab as much money from the player and this takes the fun out of the game. They always manage to make you lose gems through glitches in the game, and despite the error occurring on the games behalf, they never refund your money back. I play less each time because of this. Avoid the side games as they make you spend even more money than the day to day islands you are trying to complete. Money grabbing techniques are used at every turn. It’s actually quite outrageous. Shame on the designers for not respecting their players enough to give us our monies worth. In conclusion, this is the most money grabbing game I have ever played and it deserves to fail and become unpopular for these reasons.

Addictive and expensive

I LOVED this game, I spent SO much money on it even though it says you won’t have to spend a penny, bulls*** as it’s SO addictive you want to keep playing but energy takes SOOO long to renew. I absolutely loved the special islands they bring out on the different holidays but again, takes so long for energy to renew, you have less energy in them islands & to chop anything down costs more energy than in the main island and it costs an absolute fortune in cash just to get to 80% completion 😡 I wish I could get all my money back but I won’t. I enjoy merge games but compared to others I play it is so expensive. To have 3 fairies (and other little bonuses) costs £6.99 A WEEK 😳 whereas in other games I have it’s that amount for A MONTH!!!!! And in other games I’ve gotten small packages of gems/energy for .49p & then you end up with a lot more coz you were able to complete a task & that ends up paying out more. The cheapest I’ve had on this game was £2.99 bought it once & then every time after that it was offered went up to £4.99. Deleting, waste of time & money!!!!
