The ads for the game are clearly stolen from other app games and they didn’t even bother to trying to hide it. One of the ads even included the name of the game showing -mystery town- but the actual game name is merge studio: fashion makeover. At least put an effort into creating your own ads. Stealing from other companies who have actually put some time and effort towards formatting an ad just for it to be stolen from them wrongfully by this cheap company who clearly aren’t bothered enough to create an actual advertisement. The gameplay mostly likely isn’t how it is shown in the ads. Try hiding the fact that you’re stealing from other companies, because in everyone of their ads I see I can tell they’ve stolen from others due to the fact they keep in the companies real logo and name.

Really enjoyed the game, and got quite addicted. Only problem is that recently I’ve been stuck on filling orders for shoes then filling orders for bags. The Christmas tree and then the coffee machine barely churned out enough items and the orders were all for items that required multiple merges. It took me days to merge enough, and even then using special items and gems, to get passed the shoes orders and now I’m stuck straight back in the same situation with bags. It really takes the fun out if you can only really play the game for less than a minute before you run out of any opportunity to progress it.

Starts out a really good game but then after a short time, the game comes to an almost stop. You have to wait quite a long time to recharge. At the start you can watch ads for energy but then again, after a time you can’t even do that. Before long your grid becomes completely full up with no more energy, no diamonds left, no ads to even watch to progress and the cost of making over the characters are too high. On the ad for this game it makes it look as though you can do the makeovers yourself but the game pretty much does it for you which also takes out element of fun. Unless you spend real money, which would only last so long before you have to spend more, you can’t really play this game to maximum fulfilment.My suggestions would be, to lessen the time for recharges & energy. Lessen the amount of coins it costs to do the makeovers, allow players to actively do the beauty treatments. Make it fun!!!

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. When you have diamonds even if you spend them the game has a mind of its own and the diamonds will just disappear after you have spent hours on the game they will be gone without a trace. Obviously a scam to try and get you to spend money on diamonds. Customer support don’t even bother to respond to you the company that makes this game is disgusting I am begging you all to not get this because you will waste a significant amount of your time. On multiple different occasions I have saved up 100+ diamonds for them to be gone down to 30 the next time I open the app. Also when there’s timed events they will give you ads which won’t load and completely crash the game meaning there is no time to do it so you use your diamonds speeding things up then they make sure you never get the rewards. Once again when you inform customer services of this they don’t even bother to respond.
