I have enjoyed playing this game for years but now all of a sudden my Apple Pencil only works navigating everywhere in the game but not when you actually play a game I have to use my finger to click on the little men. This is most annoying as my fingers are chubby and I send the wrong little man down and sometimes loose the level because of it. This has been happening for about a week now and I am thinking of giving up playing it! Please can you sort this issue out. HOORAY! I AM VERY HAPPY, YOU HAVE SORTED THE PROBLEM, I CAN NOW USE MY APPLE PENCIL AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🏻

Good game but needs to resolve some serious issues

I love playing this game, I find it relaxing and satisfying and have spent hours on it before. However, the game has a serious issue with chewing through battery life, as well as causing the phone to overheat. I just had to get a new phone because my old one, that i had no issues with for 3 years, had a notification saying my battery was significantly degraded and needed replaced, and many many things weren’t working on the phone anymore. This is obviously very angering considering how much phones cost, I should not have to buy a new one because a game has degraded my battery. This needs to be fixed asap before this happens to more people, as if it happens more I can see this becoming a real legal issue. Honestly just fixing this one issue and the game would be 100% better. I do also think more lives should be available considering you cannot move on to the next level until you complete all 3 stages of each level, and the wait for one single life is 30 minutes. makes the game unplayable sometimes if your luck hasn’t been great with levels generating actual positive matches. I do think the coin cost of the power ups should be reduced too. I understand that profit is a necessity in today’s world but when it gets in the way of a game’s playability it will start to lose money.I really hope the battery issue is addressed asap. There is no reason for such a simple game to be using so much processing power. I have played much larger and more complicated games and never had any issues.

this game is ridiculously addictive. insanely so. i genuinely do really love it. but it absolutely murders your battery life!! i turn my wifi and data off when i use it because it drains so much battery, and makes my phone incredibly hot and laggy when in use for a while. to the point where i find myself having to take my phone case off and not touch my phone for a while because it’s painful to touch or hold. (iphone 14 pro max). my friend has the same app on her huawei and whilst it does make it laggy it doesn’t make it really hot. definitely something to watch out for though, especially if giving this game to your young kids or something. so yeah in conclusion - the game itself is genuinely really good and really fun, but do be aware that it may impact your phone’s performance and superheat it unbearably. that’s honestly its main downfall. that, and the system of running out of lives. i honestly think those are the only two factors stopping this game from completely dominating my life
