One of the best puzzle games I have ever played. This game has beautiful birds chirping in the background which creates an ever more calming atmosphere. Once puzzles are finished you will get a description about the animal which gives the game a unique educational feeling along with casual puzzle gameplay which challenges your mind.I absolutely adore this game and would greatly recommend it!Thank you 🙏

A gorgeous game that’s beautifully put together and easy to enjoy. It ticks all my boxes - intuitive to play, lovely to look at, a simple UI and with a wealth of information about the animals within. The love that’s gone into it is obvious and with a keen eye on environmental issues it manages to deliver a message that doesn’t preach - just informs. Added to all of that you have a responsive and dedicated developer who takes the time to listen and engage. Thank you Klemens :)I happily paid the full unlock without a second thought and will gladly pay for more content in the future.A really lovely game that’s simple to recommend to puzzle fans.

Lovely gameplay, beautiful images etc BUT there is no information on where the images come from. These are real works of art and the source publication and illustrator should be given. Also when I started the game there was a set of options but having started there seems to be no way to get back to that screen. So it feels like an over-curated tunnel experience rather than a place to explore

Hey! Thanks for the review and glad to hear that you like it in general :) The images are all from the Biodiversity Heritage Library, which the app shows in the credits. But I agree with you, the exact artists behind each artwork need to be highlighted in the future. Art of Fauna actually has a botanical sister app, called Art of Flora, where I started to add the exact credits for each artist and give an insight into their lives. The same thing will come to Fauna in the future, it’s just a lot of work to do this properly. As for the settings, you can access them by clicking the pause icon on the top right of the puzzle and then the gear / settings icon in the puzzle overview.Let me know if there is anything else I can do to get a higher rating from you 😬Cheers,Klemens

Hello Nature Friends! This is a bigger update than expected, with the following changes: - Added Amphibians, Dinosaurs and Crustaceans as Phobia options. Thank you Lea for the request! - Adjusted some Phobia settings. Thanks Mike and Lea! - Replaced the "Southern Warthog" puzzle with "Pel's Fishing Owl". I had recently replaced the image of the Southern Warthog, as the original wasn't really correct. But it turns out the replacement wasn't either, so I had to swap the puzzle for another animal that lives in the Okavango Delta. Thanks Lion2004 for pointing it out! - Replaced the Harpy Eagle image as well, as it was actually a mis-tagged Papuan Eagle. Thanks again, Lion2004! - Fixed an issue with restoring your purchase after re-installing the app. Thanks JF for letting me know! - Adjusted some things with the iCloud sync that should make it more reliable. Thanks Susanne! - Added the bio of Gustavo Monroy. - Added some missing Widget images. - Volume 2 is now localised in Spanish!
