Dissatisfied and disappointed

The Reason I am giving 1 stars is because when I saw the ad with this app it shows that you upload a picture and the AI will create a video. I buy the app I paid the money and I chose AI style and you have to pay £2 for each video. For real? There are only few templates available and few effects that are cool, it was nice to offer to your public the AI for free as they pay monthly for the app. I am dissatisfied and disappointed in the same time, I understand that the app will probably have more updates in the future but paying £8 monthly for an app with few effects and no free “AI videos” just wasting my money. So the reason I am giving one star is because I feel like I was fooled on my own money, I feel like the app advertising is made just to make you buy the app and then you realise on what you have paid. If you don’t believe me go ahead and pay that subscription, is not about £8 as I am a business owner and this is just nothing but still the feeling that I was fooled by some people who sells imaginary things and people believe. Usually the apps that doesn’t let you to check the app before paying are just a scam. I wish I could give less stars but 1 is minimum.

Hello! Due to high production expenses for AI video generation, AI video styles feature is a standalone purchase. It means that it is not included in PRO subscription and could be purchased separately from PRO subscription, but having PRO subscription enabled makes AI generations much more affordable.
Good app, but issues

I have a Premium subscription, but sometimes access the app to be told I don’t have Premium and have to delete the app and redownload to resolve the issue. Only to find out my saved projects and favourites are gone. Not great for a paying customer. If it happens again I’m cancelling and finding a new reels app.*Update - Developer asked me to contact them via the app for support. Unfortunately, I did that initially and never got a response.

Isn’t able to actually create reels

I only did three videos that were about 30 seconds each and asked to create a real and yet this couldn’t handle it and then it continuing to work in the background even though it’s clearly not creating it either. Waste of battery and also kind of like unless you can only create videos from pictures and that should be advertised because you can’t create videos from multiple videos
