I enjoyed this app at first. It made making reels fun and easy. But it’s very restrictive on the length of a clip you crop depending on how long it was originally.A 6min clip can be cropped as short as 4.8sec minimum, but a 30 sec clip can be cropped to below a second. Creating content with 5sec clips can put off an audience especially if it’s not your usual style. It’s slow moving and loses people’s focus. Kind of renders the entire thing pointless and I’m halfway towards deleting the app now. What a pity.

I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but still got charged without any clear warning. The billing process feels misleading, and cancelling isn’t as simple as it should be. Taking money without proper transparency is a huge red flag.On top of that, the app itself is pretty rubbish. It’s clunky, limited in features, and doesn’t perform nearly as well as other reel-creation tools out there. Definitely not worth paying for — especially when you didn’t even intend to subscribe in the first place. Would not recommend.

This can happen if the free trial was used before on the same Apple ID, the trial wasn’t fully activated, the trial period had already ended, or the subscription was canceled too close to the trial’s end. Selecting a different plan can also result in an immediate charge.Developers don’t have access to payment details and can’t process refunds. All billing is handled by Apple. Low quality and poor customer service

The reels that this app promises in its ads it cannot deliver. They are very basic and extremely limited. You’re better off just editing any reel yourself on instagram/ snapchat/ TikTok. It offers nothing new. On top of that they have very poor customer service. I tried to contact them several times about my subscription but they do not reply.
