I would also like to point out that the service is not up to par, which unfortunately reflects poorly on customer service. Could you please be more clear and transparent? I am not planning to use OBD Eleven again, and others are leaving for the same reason. I appreciate the service you provide as customer service, but I am concerned about the negative impact and experience you are giving to customers. The new version of the app is very confusing and you are unable to find features that used to be there. There used to be a tab for apps this has disappeared and I am unable to find in the new app.This needs to be rolled back till they fix the problems. It’s no good giving new features if they break other stuff.
