I’ve always struggled with documents, editing or creating. I’m dyslexic and it’s always a challenge but Forma is genuinely so easy to use, extremely professional documents too. AI is included and can create some awesome content. Thanks

I subscribed by mistake. I’ve done nothing wrong but believing that I could have a 7-day trial as stated on the app. The money was taken from my account immediately. I contacted customer service right away. Initially, I received a response from an automated system. In my second email, I was told that someone would get in touch soon, and to please not contact them again, as it would create delays. This was 6 days ago, and I am wondering how much longer I will need to wait. They are very quick to take money from my account, but not so quick to address claims.By the way. I’ve tried the app and didn’t like so I really want my money back and I’m using the review system also to see if I can gain someone’s attention please. Please check the emails.

This is clearly indicated when choosing a subscription plan. If you were charged for the year, it confirms that the plan you selected didn’t offer a trial period. I’m using the free 3 days trial app. Amazingly easy to use especially the creating a PDF and merging multiple documents rearranging them in order then creating a full PDF. Again amazing App highly recommended
